Why was my withdrawal request rejected?

Once you have reached the minimum payout amount, you can request a withdrawal request. You can choose a Paypal account.

If your account balance exceeded the minimum payout amount, PayPal may have rejected the transaction to your PayPal account.

There are several reasons why this may have happened. Unfortunately, we often do not receive a specific reason for the rejection.

Based on our experience, the most common reasons are:

• Incorrect Paypal username in the withdrawal request (your Paypal username is the email you use the login to Paypal).
• Your Paypal account has been setup to only accept payments through your Paypal profile/website.
• Your Paypal account has not been setup as a business account.
• Your Paypal account has ben suspended.
